We purchased a Toshiba refrigerator for Rs.40, 000/- on 30th November. After sometime 2-3 scratches appeared on the inside lining of body of the refrigerator which got widened later on. The complaints in this context were made at customer care Toshiba on 29th November the Engineer visited and took the photographs of the Refrigerator. Later after repeated telephonic complaints Mr. Manav responded and conveyed that they cannot replace the refrigerator, but refund after deducting 25% can be done. But we don't want any refund, we want our refrigerator to be replaced.
