Prestige Induction Cook Top
It is not working properly and after few seconds of starting it shows E7 and switched off

I have purchased one Induction cook top PIC 3.0 V2 on 08 /01 from Krishna Kangsa Banik, Tulapatty, Silchar Assam and sl.no.of this Induction cook top is 1111020643. In last few days it is not working properly and if we want to cook any thing then after few seconds of its starting it indicates E7 and then switched off. Then it is very difficult for us to cook anything on this coil. So it is our to you please accept our complain and give some solution.
