Myself Mr. Chetan Patil,

I have the Samsung Duos GT-3312 Mobile of Samsung Company. Yesterday there was some problem in my handset so today morning i have gone to the Samsung Gallery in Goregaon (W) near Jawahar Fatak. In Gallery I have taken the Coupon no. I16 when i shown my handset to Samsung Employee in Gallery he has told me that your mobile is out of use now because of Water & Expenses to repair it is about - Rs .(It is in Warranty Period Also) Then I request him plz see clearly my handset but he was not interested in it. Then I also thought that my mobile is out of use now, i have little tension in my mind... Then i came to my Office but in the way i got one Mobile Repairing Shop, I show my mobile to Repairman, He told me that not any Problem in your mobile just it wants to service completely with the power heat & soaking... Then he did the servicing & My Mobile is in Good condition working now properly, For that servicing i have paid repairman 150/- Rs.only & your Samsung Emp. in Gallery told me that your mobile is out of use .. If your Emp. will help me properly & service my Mobile then I have not need to go the Retail Repairman...

So i want to say that the service of your Customer Care Team is not good & Satisfying to me...
