Non performing of branded product (Mahindra UPS)

I have purchased uninterrupted power supply from Global innovatives as a distributor of Mahindra Powerol. I have chosen this product in a name of Mahindra. After one year the UPS was not performing 10% at all. The battery (Exide Make) was failed. During procurement they have not provided any separate warranty card for the battery and they provided only the UPS invoice and the warranty card of Mahindra. As a consumer During purchase i have not think about separate battery warranty card and i thought the invoice and mahindra warranty book is the total ups warranty.

As per mahindra warranty, the ups warranty is two years and this ups is under warranty. Now the distributor is denying the warranty, because of no warranty card available with us for battery. There is no proof, they handed over the battery warranty card to us. but they were not accepted. I very much upset and procured this product and I need replacement of battery against failure one and the invoice copy of UPS.

Also mahindra intervention is required to sort out the issue immediately.
