I have purchase Onida Lcd at Snehajali murbad road kalyan on 07/12 due to sound is not come i complaint at Snehajali on 08/12 Onida techanician attained the complaint after two day he said the motherboard is not working properly hence we change the motherboard within few days
he taken the zerox copy of recipt on the same day but he not come to replace motherboard till today i.e on 12/01 hence this complaint forwarded
