Dear sir/Madam

I have made Annual Maintenance Contract Form no. 8554 dt 19th May for the period of one year ending 18th May for Jyoti make Gas Geyser

I am not getting regular AMC service from Sai Services, No.12, Bldg No.2, A-wing, ground floor, B P Rd, near Bank of India, Mulund West, Mumbai 400080. Tel: 25927394/95

I talk to Ms. Jayshree and one gentleman on mobile 9224142662. They are saying that today our appointments are full, we will send the mechanic tomorrow but their tomorrow never come.

Request to help me in this regard.
