Dear All,
All I have this complaint 10311281 # and customer code - 622603 with me and the piece of junk at home, which is now totally useless for last one month, and no body from IFB is bothered to contact or to service it.
Dont want to mention Long story here, if you have little sense of customer sensitivity, pl revert and repair.
I was a proud owner of washing machine since last 5 years and have been recommending people to use this product but now i have lost my patience on this. I also own IFB Micro wave, but now i think its time to move onn.
Request to have this addressed because i have paid for this as a part of extended warranty.
