This mobile suddenly stopped working hence i contacted vender CIRCONIA and they suggested me to send this mobile through courier so i sent the mobile on 22/11 by GMS courier and they received the mobile on 27/11 as Circonia employee confirmed. I have been contacting vender CIRCONIA regularly past 15 days after they have received the mobile and the vender Circonia employee still telling your mobile is under process.

Finally I sent one e-mail to Rediff Shopping mentioning the same as above on 15/12.Now I was regularly following both Rediff Shopping and Vendor CIRCONIA from 15/12 till 14/01.

I want to give u some details of communication with Rediff Shopping through e-mail :

1> The Manufacturer of the product i.e. Sony

2> Rediff Shopping through which i purchased

3> The Vender CIRCONIA which has given the Warranty Paper.

My next Question: is it advisable to send a Legal Notice to the company? If yes then to which company i should send a notice? Sony, Rediff or CIRCONIA (Vendor of Warranty).
