I purchased Prestige 3.0 model induction cooker on 08 Aug 12. It shortly developed fault and on 03 dec 12, I took it to lucknow service centre. It was returned after repair on 12 dec 12. But it soon developed same fault which was checked and repaired. Now again it is not heating though display is correct. I have tried trouble shooting as per mannual but to no avail.
I have purchased the item based on reputation of the company but have received a very poor quality item. I have already made three visits to service centre and am fed up. I feel that the company should REPLACE THE COOKER AND ALSO REIMBURSE THE EXPENCES INCURRED IN REPEATED VISITS TO THE SERVICE CENTRE.
Pl advise further action.
