Dear Team,
I gave a compliant in the month of Begining of December about my T.V. remote is not working. One Person came after 2 days. His Name is Mr. Anand (9445333079). He came next week also and spend more than one hour in my home to service the remote. And finally he taken the remote with him. Till time he not communicating with us. we only communication with him and normally he will tell i will bring tommorrow or evening. Finnally he gave his supervisor no. i.e. Mr. Santhosh Kumar (9840173661), while contacting with him also same thing he ordered but not received the material. For a remote taking around 2 months. This is the customer service saying by Mr. Santhosh Kumar.
