I have the worst nightmare dealing with ratna fan house for purchasing air conditioner and fride. After accepting that they would deliver on a particular day, they have delayed almost by one week. The response from them is very rude and non-courteous. Please note that they can no longer treat customers like shit and change their attitude towards the customers.
