Insurance policy no:- icici20111 dated 25/10 has not been approved/recieved till date. No response is being provided regarding the same for my free insurance claim provided by hp for 1 year. No support has been provided from hp redemption cell inspite of all the documents via email as well as hardcopies through courier and legal formality for registration of my notebook has been completed. No commitment has been shown by the person incharge. Claim being provided while purchasing the notebook are not been followed after the purchase. Sufficient actions need to be taken.
