Dear Sir/Madam,
Restriction of my outgoing calls without any fault from my side, have put me in great embarrassing situation during my hectic business routines and I have decided not to continue any longer with the vodaphone. You are requested to discontinue the services, and ignore my request in application form for the conncetion, I have just used your services for couple of days for a few calls you may send me the bill at my email id for proper final settlement. I have already removed the vodaphone sim and will not be responsible for any bill raised in future after this first and last settlement bill, which you please note.

Neither I have time nor I want to sort out all these issues visiting your office, its your system failure at your end I have submitted all the documents your executive asked based upon the information he provided. It is ridiculous to receive your following messages when calls are restricted.
