Cheat product sailing

I bought a W&D Vacuum Cleaner on 03/sep, while sailing the product the sales executive has promised to provide me few of the extra accessory as free. After making the payment the sales executive is not reachable most of the times and not ready to provide the promised the accessories.

i can say it is a "Cheating product sailing"
