Have purchased a 1.5 T (4 star rating) window AC about 4 months ago. It has stopped working since about a week. Hitachi customer care came to my house to attend the complaint on Sat 27th Aug and informed that Power Supply PCB is faulty and will be replaced later same day or on Sun. The AC cover/panel is lying opened in my bedroom since then and everytime I call, the update is that "Power Supply PCB is not available and will take some time". My complaint # is 11082600512.
It was a serious mistake buying Hitachi after paying 40% more than comparable brands and ending up with bad quality product and pathetic customer service.
