We had ordered the hotking with great enthusiasm after viewing it on the TV channel, but as soon as your person plugged the hotking in the switch it blew off the entire MCB of the whole house. This was not expected by a company that advertises so proudly of its products. On the contrary your person who brought the hotking from your Agra branch said that items on Shraddha sky shop except for the slicer are faulty as they have to be put on direct electricity and not with the help of MCB. I fail to understand that in this modern world of today which city house is without MCB. All said and done your piece must have been faulty. Kindly think of a way to rectify our loss of all the MCB that have been destroyed by your gadgets that you so advertise to all the families. It is in the interest of the general public that you show some concern and try to rectify this loss either in cash or send us a working hotking free of cost that works on MCB.
