Appending the mail sent to you on 16th Jan which is self explanatory. You have released a blackberry connection (9007109863) on a fake identity, which is a grave issue.
When I have reported the issue, your office simply asked me to get in touch with ‘nearest ARC’ your mail dated 17th Jan (as appended).
Pl take up the matter seriously and immediately disconnect the. Mobile No.-9007109863 to prevent any misuse.
Pl note, I shall not be responsible for any misuse/ abuse from the mentioned mobile no.
Appreciate, to have a proper inquiry for issuing a fake mobile no.

This is to inform you that some fake mobile number with understated details has
been registered in my name and it happens so that it is registered without my
authorization.
It is having some Blackberry service activated on it and I am not a user of
Blackberry, Also I can assure you that it is not my number. Please look into
the matter with reasonable urgency to prevent misuse of my personal data.
Expecting your reply at the earliest. Attached scanned copies of the bill for
this number.
