My name is amala, whenever i call chennai customer care for support and if it ends up in supervisor calls, the associates hung up on me, without transferring the call, this is not happening for the first time, i have to call them again, if they see my records they simply place me on hold, even yesterday when i called them for support an associate called sudhakar hung on me, when i asked for supervisor, i do hear associates shouting and yelling at customer's by placing on mute, is this the customer service you are providing for your valuable customers, and do you think whether it will create a good image for airtel among customer's, please do internal audits and check how your associates are responding, next time if the same thins happens, i am gonna record the call and play it through media, to show the real face of the customer's... what kind of action is airtel going to take against their worthless associates???
