I have seen many times customer service of airtel is not upto the mark.on 8th Jan i was trying to send mms, but some how it was not sent may be because of network problem or any other reason.then when i checked my balance, it showed 20 Rupees deduction from main balance and when i tried to call customer care number, no option was available to customer care executive.this is something not acceptable from the company like Airtel.it was also happend earlier but i did not complain.now it is too much, so i had to complain.
