I have logged an issue on 13 th July Complaint number:9950124 and my airtel digital account number is 3000221071 that suddenly i am getting No signal issue and cannot watch tv.8 days are gone and till date we did not receive any call from their technical engineer. Daily I am calling to Customer care no. 12150 for status and they replies call is open and engineer will visit within 24 Hrs. I am still waiting for their 24 Hrs. to be completed.
Very disappointing that Airtel (Bharti) provides such very very poor service to customers.
