No response to complaints false assurances on repairs/servives

Dear Sir,

I have an airtel digital TV connection bearing ID 3000571391. For past 03 days there has been no signal from the antenna. I registered a complaint bearing no 2659069 on 09 May10 on the cust. care no 18001028080. They pormised me that it will be resolved by 1656 hrs on 09 May. At 1700 hrs I called up to ask why it has not been resolved, the cust. care operator mr Asif told me it will be done by 17 30 hrs. But it was not done. At 1800hrs on 09 May I registered another complaint as to why the request has not been resolved (ref no 2662279). I was told that it will be done by 10 May 10. On 10 May I called up the help line. I was told by the cust care operator Mr Sahil that the Engg will visit my place at 1730 hrs. At 1730 when I called up I am being told by the Cust. Care operator Mr Vaibhav that the problem has been resolved from their side and that the problem from my (customer Side) will be done on 11 May10 . It can be seen that they have lied to me all the way from 09 May till now. It is requested that the matter be taken up with their higher ups. Also their contact details be made available to me.
