Ridiculously bad service for airtel DTH

Hi,

I have raised so many requests regarding the installation of DTH after i have shifted my house but nobody from Ct care seem to work. They are all just taking the query on phone and giving a req number. And then nothing happens. And i get message that the issue has been resolved.

My DTH number is 3001563478.I hope through this channel, someone will help me out.
