There is no signal in my TV set (Error Code-SM1). It's been the case from last 30 hrs.
When contacted CC, they give a complaint no., an acknowledgement mail and the airtel's local office contact no.and their part is over... Now its more than 24 hrs contacting the local office..no one ever attended the problem & just say it will be resolved within next one hr. But unfortunately that ONE hr seems to never be over...
Is there any one to resolve this & help me out of this trauma.
