Today is fourth day and I am still waiting for an engineer to come to my home and check the problem.

It has been almost 1 year since i took Airtel digital Tv connection and it is my first experience with customer care. The response is very pathetic and frustrating. I am tired of calling them again & again... first of all connecting to them is itself a big task... finally if u get connected to customer care executive, either they are not bothered to listen to you or sometimes they even disconnect the line. I ahd complained on 6th jul morning and since then they keep on telling the problem will be solved today. Finally one managed to give service centre number.

The service centre for this area is in indirapuram and the situation is no good thr as well. I called up to service centre, the lady to whom I talked already had the complained but still no person had come. She gave me service engineer's number. I called up him (8th Jul at 5:00 pm)... finally he said he will come in an hour. It was 8:00 pm and no one ahd come. i called up to service centre again, same lady... she told that the engineer has said to her " No phone call came".

I wonder first of all why is he lying or she lying??? secondaly if complaint is already registered .. is it my duty or theirs to remind them about their job.

I am badly disheartened and want to escalate this.. so that such problems do not occur in future.

There is a great need in change in the system... else no one will continue with airtel.
