Not answering to the customer care

Dear Sir,

I am using airtel digital tv for 2.6 years n I am satisfied with that but I am not satisfied with your customer service. Maximum times they does not pick up the call or disconnects it. So please do some action as soon as possible. My customer Id nos. is 3001364840.
