IFB is going to have some hard times

I am an aggrieved owner of an IFB Washing Machine (Senorita Plus).

I am shocked to see the level of service being offered by IFB, for reasons briefed below -

1. No one comes for the AMC service or renewal and when you try to call up, none of the Contact Nos mentioned either on the Website or the Manual (for Pune) are working / being attended to. Due to this the AMC has expired on 3rd Oct.

2. Finally I had to call up Bangalore 081639004321 to get a service complaint lodged (Service Complaint No.1022574) which too after a period of over ten days goes unattended

Is this is the way, IFB works?

It wasnt just for the product, but also an assured level of Service for which i bought an IFB after spending more than what i would have had to spend on any other washing machine. AND if this is the kind of service a customer gets at the end of the day, I am sure IFB is going to have some hard times.

I PERSONALLY WONT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY AN IFB AND WILL ALSO MAKE IT A POINT TO BRING THIS TO THE NOTICE OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC
