I PURCHASED AIRTEL DIGITAL TV SETUP BOX LAST YEAR SEPTEMBER MONTH (SEP' 2010), NOW SUDDENLY THE POWER IS OFF, I MADE A COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE, THEY SENT A ENGINEER FOR SERVICE, HE SAID THE SETUP BOX IS GONE, AND I HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE, I ASKED HIM THE ONE I AM HAVING IS EXACTLY 12 MONTHS OLD, WHY SHOULD I NEED TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE BUT HE IS NOT IN A POSITION TO ANSWER, HE SAID THE COMPANY RULES WERE LIKE THAT, AND EVEN THOUGH I AM PURCHASING A NEW ONE IT WILL NOT COME UNDER WARRANTY, I DON'T UNDERSTAND, FIRST THEY SHOULD GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT OF SETUP BOX, BUT THEY INSISTING ME TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE, WHICH WILL NOT COME UNDER WARRANTY
I ASKED THE CUSTOMER CARE TO GIVE THE AIRTEL NODAL OFFICER NUMBER, BUT THEY PUT MY CALL ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 15-20 MINUTES, FOR EVERY TIME TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE IT GOING INTO THE AUTO ANSWER OPTION AND FINALLY AFTER 15 MINUTES ITS GET DISCONNECTED.
I AM PLANNING TO SURRENDER THE SETUP BOX
