IFB washing machine Elena 5 kg

This has reference to my complaint no.6514973 lodged on Friday 19th June requesting that the servicing staff be sent to the location on Saturdays/Sundays only and to call me on my mobile before leaving for the call. For the last two weeks, I have been following up on this but no one has called up. Since the machine is in my flat which remains locked, hence the request for a weekend visit and a call prior to visit to enable me to be present in the flat to get the machine serviced. For your information, I am a committed IFB customer for the last 15 years and currently have two washing machine and a IFB dryer. The customer service department seems totally apathetic to my request and this is not the experience that I expect from a company of your repute. I may also add, that the customer service staff speak like parrots and just rattle off rehearsed dialogues without paying any attention to the customer's requirement. Hope action will be taken immediately to rectify the system and address my complaint.
