Airtel digital TV connection
Not changing the package type

MY aitel consimer id- 3001732340 and recenty i have changed my old high value package to new low value package. But after several request to local dealer and airtel concern person Mr sanjay pradhan (mob no.9934049201) has not resolved the problem I am help less. No one is listning to me. and ultimately i have been asked to do any action against them. They stopped bothering about my problem Please help me
