Dear Sir/Madam,
Today date - 15th Jan I have charged 60INR for data services. I didnt make any request for this, or even I didnt get any confirmation from them that should I activate or want to use this service.
This is really frustrating and after talking to AIRTEL CUSTEMER care they simply said they cant refund it and I had to use this service.
It is really embaressing. I suggest no body to use AIRTEL's service, We should be thankful to MNP now.. guys change your AIRTEL number. I am really irritated now. I am not sure if any thing can be done for this.
