Amount deduction

I am usin airtel prepaid connection last 7 years

now airtel deducting 3 rupees last 10 days

i will inform conitnusly last 8 days stop service but no response

everyday i am struggling

i informed persors shajen, darani and sivashanker

i want to stop the unwanted deduction

please help me
