Dear Sir,

My mobile number 09894968150

As i had given request to (airtel mobile GPRS) for activating, they had taken the money for the two days per day Rs 10 --Totally-Rs 20, But they not given mobile settings, and also net not activated.

After communicating with customer first time they replied properly after the customer care number has not connected from my number, this shows that they are the cheating persons not want to reply for the problem, again i had contacted the customer care through other number, the customer care person commited (Murugan) that the amount will be credited into my balance still it is not added.

Kindly give a suitable reply
