Airtel Prepaid Connection
Inactive of prepaid sim

Dear sir,

I was using poatpaid sim of AIRTEL.I transfered it to prepaid. It was working fine till 15 of ths month. Suddenly my Prepaid sim got inactive. I had the balance of Rs 340/- and it showed a balance of Rs 0/-..The people of Airtel are doing nothing in this regard. I would like you to take action against this.and do the necessary in earlies as possible bcoz my work is hampered.
