Finding out of lost mobile handset

Sir/madam

I have lost my mobile handset (Samsumg India-make L700) on 21/01 from government polytechnic college, Gondia (Maharashtra). Prepaid airtel sim card no. 9960354463 was inserted in that handset which was subscribed in the name of my husband (Mr. Parvat Gajbhiye)

Could you please help me in finding out my handset and blocking my prepaid airtel no.9960354463 which can be misused in the event of not getting handset
