i have purchased akai 29 inches tv from ms surya electronics, hubsiguda hyderabad 500007. on13-12.the company and the dealer gave 7 years
warranty on all parts including the picture tube.recently in june there was a problem with the tv .i filed a complaint with akai service station hyderabad to
rectify the problem .the service person from akai visited my house and inspected
tv and said a part is to be replaced.i showed him the warranty card, he said
that the warranty is only for three years .the warranty given by akai was of 3
years and the warranty of 7 years given by the dealer is not valid. akai company
has cheated me by giving me 3 years warranty card instead of 7 years warranty.
the dealer has cheated me by giving 3 years warranty instead of 7 years.the warranty of seven years given by dealer on the bill is not accepted by the akai service hydeabad.kindly do justice to me sir.
