Dear Sir,
I have taken a product of AMKETTE MICRO SD CARD of 4GB a quantity of 2 on the month of APRIL 28. It was working fine and there was suddenly an issue arises and one of the 4gb card was stopped working from 12th of JULY.
Called up to the customer service people of HOME SHOPPE18 and the response was not so satisfied and it was not resolved. They were so rude with the customer and hunged up the call on the face of the customer.
I just want to changed the card and to get the new card ASAP and the response and the customer service should get changed and proper with the customers.
Need to get the reply and a proper and correct response of the issue from the concern dept.
