On 13.07.11 Rs.30/- has been deducted from my mobile no.9883054636 and the same has been refunded after contacting with your Customer Care Service. Further on 14.07.11 a sum of Rs.33/- has been deducted from balance without my knowledge. So I contact with your Customer Care Service about the deduction and request them to lodge a complaint for refund. But due to your system failure they could not lodge complaint. I request you to look into the matter and refund me Rs.33/- at the earliest as I am suffering this type of difficulty in may times.
