I have requested vide complaint No. 411 on 08.09.11 for the Big Jar (With auto lock) of Anjali Food Processor on urgent basis and the lady told me that it shall be delivered on 09.09.11. But today, I had been informed that it shall be delivered on 10.09.11. The blades of Anjali Jar came out which had been bought Just 4 months back. The quality of the jar attached to new food processor & the one which had been purchased 4 months back at the cost of Rs. 300/- are completely different.

When I had brought the issue to their notice, the lady picked up my call (Tel.: 28807711) accepted the changes in quality but was not ready to dleiver the jar even after requesting.

There is no value for cutomer priorities. The reason given was the person looking after the region is absent & hence, the jar would be delivered on 10th.

ANJALI needs to imrove its attitude Customer Care & Quality...
