On 28 October I visited the store by 5.30 PMapproxto buy a USB Charging Cable. However on reaching home (by 8.45PM) when I tried to charge the Apple I pod Schuffle, I could not recharge the I pod Schuffle.
Therefore either I have been given a wrong product or a faulty one. My attempts to call the subject stre did not result in response. On both phones:01244046437 and 01244046438 listed on the invoice No TS8579 dated 28 Oct Idid not get any positive response.
Hence this complaint as I do not like to be cheated. I stay in sector 4 gurgaon and travelled to the store to buy a product but my effort and time is wasted.
