I placed order of FRESH ladoos for my Dad in India. GiftstoIndia sent BAD SMELLING LADOOS. I complained within 24 hours as My Dad could not eat them. They sent the delivery boy over to my Dads house who ate the Ladoos and told my Dad they were bad and will call you up his company. He never came back. I then took it up with GiftstoIndia who informed me that the delivery boy stated that the Ladoos were FRESH. Instead of believing the customer (who paid the money), they believed the delivery boy! They REJECTED my plea and blamed us (the customer). I would not lie for $13 - The gift sent to DAd was truly smelling and not edible.
I am amazed that they are not replying my calls or emails.
Stay away from these con artists. Overpriced and misleading. Do not trust them Need more customers who have been conned to come out and publicise the scams practised by these crooks.

Their customer representa tives act smart when answering questions and are not helpful at all! I think they need training in customer service, integrity and ethics
