I have booked a gas connection in indane gas agency named "BAPU GAS AGENCY GWALIOR M.P." on 24 september in the name of puneet agarwal, a/1, labour court lane phool bagh gwalior, my gas connection is 2280. I booked the gas. He told me i will recieve with in 7 days. Gas agency is 4 kms from my home. Today its the 24th day. I called them and reminded many times, they told me the cylinder is on its way.. But still i did not receive my cylinder[. Gas cylinder is a basic necessity and should provided ASAP. Today i have been calling them again and nobody is receiving the call!!!
Please help the people in need.
