This in regards to an order placed with Hello meals for home delivery of food. They had delivered the same from Supreme Heritage vide bill # 7452 dtd.18th October. The total was amounting to 610 post a discount of 61 rupees reflecting in the bill. I was informed by the Hello meal team about a charge of 40 rupees for home delivery to which I agreed.
But the person from hello meal who came to deliver the food asked me to pay 711 rupees which he said is 40 rupees 671 rupees, which was the original bill amount prior to the discount offered by supreme Heritage.
As per Hello meal, the discount is also a part of their commission along with the deliver charges.
So they are basically cheating the consumer by pocketing the discount offered by the hotels.
This is an absolute cheating and fraud done by Hello meals.
