Dear Sir This is my second complaint. I already registered a complaint against Bharat Gas on 3/3 but no action taken yet.
The Gas was booked on February 15 online booking no is 655140. When i try to book a gas through online the following message display after booking.
Dear Kakoli Sasmal, Your request for Refill booking is already registered on 15-Feb with reference 655140. Pl contact your distributor for a new booking.
The complaint is enclosed against for your consideration.
But the distributers numbers are not exist. No reply from the distributor. What should i do?
I will keep complaint and see how long it will take to take action against the distributor.

Respected Sir,
I am Kakoli Sasmal resident of 52- B DDA Flats, Shastri Park, Delhi-110053. My Bharat Gas consumber number is 1877.
I had booked a gas on 15th February and waited till end of February. Last gas was delivered on 27th January that gas was full of water and not even 25 days it worked normally it goes for 35-40 days.
When i tried to book a Gas through internet it shows your gas is already booked on 15th February so you contact your dealer, when i tried to call the dealer in their numbers mentioned on the slip one number is not exist (22819124) and the other number is not ransering for last 18 days (22819123).
Once i tried through no. 1712 that is saying that your consumer number is wrong. How it can happen in this same number mentioned in my last delivery slip.
There is no response from the company after filling many complaints against this issue.
Last four days i am purchasing food from outside i have a 9 month baby so i am facing big problem because i have a single connection of Gas.
This is vulnerable dealing of the company with customers.
Kindly i want a reason why the cylinder is not delivered yet and also why they are delivering a water filled cylinder which not working for even 25 days in a average family.
Finally why the company is not taking any action after filling many complaints against Ashwini Enterprises also i would like to know why the dealer is not answering the phone and why the not existing number given to the customers.
I should be very grateful if you kindly look unto this matter.
