Strange but true that Easy day store in Jaipur, Vaishali Nagar (Rajasthan, India) sells expired stuff and the staff and management has no attitude toward taking up such a sensitive matter and rechecking with the customer on further recourse, I wonder how many customers would have fallen prey to the same.
I have got the above email ids after rigorous follow ups and still feel that the same are not correct, the feedback form / complaint form I filled has gone in drains since I have till date not received any revert.
I have tried Google to get in the details of the website but couldn’t find any links … Now I look forward to escalate this and record the same in your notice and then take up the matter legally thru court only way I find that I would be able to draw the management’s attention and work for the social cause.
It was the dreaded day of 23rd August, my maid purchased the milk from your store – Amul Gold and to our surprise the Milk had an expiry of 22nd august ’10.
My wife tried hard to get the details of the website customer complaint department, complaint book but all in vain and couldn’t get anything. She filled a feedback form and as aforementioned same has gone down the drains /deaf ears.
All the email ids given by the stores are incorrect so far, so there are no ways to reach easy day management
