With reference to my mail Dated 23rd December send through their Representative Britannia Mr Neeraj Kumar based at Lucknow, addressed to their CEO complaining about their product that A HAIR FOUND ENTANGLED INSIDE THE NICE BISCUIT, LOT NO. 11206, PACKED ON 12/10/09, it is appreciated that their representative got the response from their senior officials to investigate the matter, Mr. Neeraj Kumar on phone contact me and fixed the time as per my convenient to meet me at my residence, accordingly on 11th December he meet me, I have shown him the sample, he noted down all the findings and assured that he will forward his report immediately to his seniors, He told that within 14th December his senior officials will meet me, this mail is as an evidence of the first meeting held between me and the representative of the Britannia Co.
