Recently we have bought your product from Bhavani Medicals, Silvassa.

Used this, bottle for 4-5 days, but suspected that the powder was in the form of small ball, and was solid a bit.

We have found small worm inside the powder after mixing in milk. The worm was floating on the milk layer.
