We sent one packed carton of food material for my son in GOWHATI through GMS courier service rec no-500016699 on 14th of this month. Till today the pack didnot reach to my son. Every day we are enquring about our parcel but we couldn't get any possitive reply. We paid Rs.320/- for flight courier also.
