Wrong amount deducted

Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I went to ccd satya niketan on 24/07 and my biling amount was Rs.344 but by mistake the amount deducted was Rs.3444 which is almost 10 times. I have been contacting the staff of ccd to refund the excess amount and there has been no cooperation from their side.

Being a famous brand this kind of behaviour and incooperation does not suit the ccd tag. This is going to lose the customer interest.

Kindly update me the status regarding this issue or I will be compelled to take a harsh step about the staff of ccd satya niketan.

I want my money back within next 2 days.
