I purchased MEATZZ ham from easyday bharti retail ltd sco 15/16 leela bhavan Patiala on 22.10.2011 at about 8.30 PM. The date of mfg was 13 Oct, 11 and best before is 12th Nov. But it is to my surprise when I put the ham in oven its giving foul smell. My house filled with foul smell. Even my hands were giving foul smell. I have put it in the dustbin but the envelop is with me. my purchase date is 22.10.2011 and my bill No. isTRNo. 02443 (Item sold 22) TC No.5476 6358 1899 3655 9175 33 . I called easy day people over phone and told them about this. The person on line thanked me for telling that the item is not good. Again on 28/10 I visited easy day and after shopping I asked the counter man to adjust rs.122/- for the rotten ham, and I showed him the mail from darshan foods advising me to go to easy day and get refund for Rs.122/- . But the incharge at the counter clearly refused and said we can not refund the amount for the items we sell on behalf of others. No item in the store is manufactured by Bharti retails. All are purchased from different places. It means if any food item goes bad you will sell it as it does not pertains to you. This is attitude at your stores. The way of speaking and attending customers is also not comfortable. This compelled customers to go to Jago Grahak Jago
