this is a complaint regarding the bill no. A234 dated
17.10.11 at 22:02.
we ordered two hot coffees but these were served warm (not hot), not
well prepared and too with delay of 15 minutes even when there was no
queue/rush at all.
we had to board our train that was at 22.20 so we couldn't even
complain them, but we kept the bill safe and thought we would bring this
incident to company's (comesum) kind notice after our journey.
i even sent them complaint at [email protected] but still didn't get any response from them.
plz take appropriate steps that it won't be happen to any other
customer/traveller when he left with no time even to argue or to
complaint.
i don't think whether i would get compensation or not?
